The Artists Guild of ihaveart.com is an exclusive group of member artists who choose to display and sell their work on our website. Ihaveart.com provides both worldwide accessibility to collectors and a complete packing/shipping/payment service for our members---all at NO COMMISSIONS!!!

If you become a member, your only costs are the initial listing fee of $50 (regardless of which membership level you choose), your yearly membership dues, and a one-time posting fee for each work of art you post on ihaveart.com.

Included in the privileges provided to members at no additional cost are:

A 150-word biography and photo of the artist;
A secure credit card processing service(including fees);
All shipping and handling charges included in the sale;
Sales tax collection (where applicable);
All your displayed artworks watermarked to prevent online piracy.

And here's all you need to provide:

Your annual membership, initial listing, and item posting fees;
Your personal information (150 words maximum) and photo (optional...but recommended);
Your contact information, including where to send any revenues generated by sales of your artworks;
Digital images (300 dpi minimum resolution, please) of your individual artworks for display on the ihaveart.com page or pages devoted exclusively to your output;
A description of each work, including media used, size, weight, and subject matter and any other pertinent information.

You can sell your work off-site at no penalty (we will still mark it "SOLD" on the web site and leave it displayed until you instruct us to take it down or replace it with another of your works of art).

Artists are reimbursed the full sale price of their artworks upon completion of sale and delivery. No deductions. You do your part, and you get the full sale price of your artwork

Simply review the Artists Guild fee schedule, choose the membership level that's best for you, fill out the online application, and submit your work for review along with your membership fee. (Work will be reviewed for quality and content; applicants whose work is not accepted will not be charged.) Your work will then be displayed and cross-indexed on ihaveart.com, and collectors from around the world will have the opportunity to examine--and buy--your work.

When your work is sold, you will be paid your complete selling price--without deductions--in U.S. dollars. When a sale is consummated, you need only bring the artwork to your local shipping agent...ihaveart.com does the rest. The shipping agent has been commissioned to pack, ship, and insure your artwork, and the cost of this activity has already been provided for in the transaction fees listed on ihaveart.com and paid for by the customer. And we will compute and collect from the buyer any state sales taxes or other charges the transaction might require. You receive your full selling price, while ihaveart.com takes care of the details.

If you should sell your listed artwork outside of ihaveart.com, simply let us know and we will put a "SOLD" sign across it on our web site, helping prospective buyers of your other works realize the existing demand for your art.
